UK SHIPPING
STANDARD DELIVERY
We aim to process all orders within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send you a dispatch notification with tracking info.
Most orders arrive within 2–5 days, though occasionally there may be slight delays due to circumstances outside our control.
NEXT BUSINESS DAY DELIVERY
Need it quickly? Place your order before 12pm on a business day, and we’ll dispatch it the same day.
You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation once your order is on its way, and the courier will aim to deliver it to you on the next working day.
LOCAL COLLECTION – EAST SUSSEX UK
Live nearby? You’re welcome to collect your order from our Newhaven warehouse. Simply select Customer Collection at checkout or get in touch with our friendly team at info@lanoguard.co.uk to make arrangements.
We’ll send you an email, with the collection address, as soon as your order is ready to collect - please wait for that confirmation before coming by.
EUROPEAN SHIPPING
We’re pleased to offer shipping to most countries across Europe. In most cases, your shipping costs will be automatically calculated and shown at checkout.
If you're ordering from a location with variable shipping rates, you might not be able to complete your purchase online. If that happens, just send us a quick email at info@lanoguard.co.uk with your full address (including your country and area codes), and we’ll get back to you with a custom shipping quote.
Please keep in mind that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT once it arrives in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping times can vary depending on where you are and how quickly your local customs process things.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We also ship worldwide. If you're outside of Europe and would like to place an order, just get in touch with us at info@lanoguard.co.uk. Please include your full address (including country and area codes), and we’ll provide a tailored shipping quote before we process your order.

PO BOXES
Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time.
COURIER LOCKER AND PICKUP POINTS
If you choose to have your order delivered to a locker or courier pickup point, please ensure it is collected within the specified timeframe. Failure to do so will result in the parcel being returned to us. In such cases, a return fee of £6.75, as well as the original shipping cost, will be deducted from your refund.
CHECKING YOUR ORDER STATUS
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of getting your shipping confirmation, just email us at info@lanoguard.co.uk with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it for you.
RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
We want you to be completely happy with your Lanoguard purchase. If something’s not right or you’re not satisfied for any reason, please get in touch by emailing info@lanoguard.co.uk with your order number and the reason you’d like to return it. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
RETURNS POLICY
We understand that plans can change, and you may need to return your order. If you’d like to return your order, just let us know within 14 days of receiving it. Email info@lanoguard.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return. Once we confirm it, you’ll have 14 days to send the item(s) back to us.
Please return items unused, in their original condition, and at your own cost. Don’t forget to write your Order Number clearly on the outside of the parcel and send it to:

Once your return arrives and has been checked and approved, we’ll process your refund (minus any shipping costs) to the original payment method within 2 working days.
Please make sure everything is well packaged, as we can’t take responsibility for items damaged in transit.
REFUND POLICY
As soon as your return reaches our warehouse, we’ll check it over and confirm everything is in good order—this usually takes up to 3 working days. Once confirmed, your refund (minus your original shipping costs) will be processed within 2 working days.
Refunds are sent back to the original payment method, and while we action them quickly, please note that your bank may take a little longer to show the money back in your account depending on their processing times.
DAMAGED / INCORRECT ITEMS
We’re really sorry if something’s not right with your order. If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, please drop us an email at info@lanoguard.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving it. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the item so we can sort it out quickly for you.
