We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible.  Please allow 1 day (more if ordered on weekends and bank holidays) for your order to be processed for shipping.

Please understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains.  We aren’t perfect, although we strive to be!

We accept returns if we have been notified within 14 days of receipt of goods that you want to cancel your order, once we are notified you will have 14 days in which to return the goods to us.

The items must be returned to us unused and in original condition and returned at your cost.  Once received back at our warehouse, checked, and confirmed in good order to be put back in stock, a refund for the full order amount (minus the shipping costs) will be authorised and actioned.  All refunds will be issued to the same account or card that the original payment was made from.  Please email us at info@lanoguard.co.uk with details of your order number and the reason for return. Please ensure that all returned items are sufficiently well packaged as we do not accept responsibility for items that are damaged in transit.

Products should be inspected immediately once delivered and any problems or damage to your products need to be emailed within 48 hours of delivery. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@lanoguard.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.  We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution within 24 to 48 hours.

Please write your Order Number on the outside of your package and mail it to: Lanoguard UK Ltd, Sussex Transport Ltd, Downsview House, 91 Marlborough Road, Lancing Business Park, Lancing West Sussex BN15 8SU. Your return will be processed immediately after we receive it. 

• All returns of ‘duplicate items’ (items previously returned by the same customer from a previous order) are subject to approval.
• We will not be responsible for shipping and handling on returned items. We recommend using Parcel Force, DPD or some other form of insured mail for returns as we cannot be responsible for items that never make it back to our warehouse.
• All refunds will be issued to the same account or card that the original payment was made from.

Lanoguard prevents and completely stops rust developing further. It will creep, bind, and bond underneath surface rust. It creates a barrier by hermetically sealing to the surface stopping water and oxygen getting in, therefore not allowing rust to develop.

Lanoguard doesn’t remove existing rust, but it does bond to the metal surface below – over time it will slowly seep underneath surface rust and push off oxidation. It doesn’t remove rust completely, but it can improve and nourish the surface over time

Lanoguard reaches its final state around 7 to 10 days after application. Day 0 it is “oily” day 3 “soft” and final state is dry to the touch, but you know something is there. Like a candle to feel. Maybe a little softer.

It dries to a clear / transparent semi satin wet look and stays that way for some months eventually dulling a little. But always stays clear; and of course, you can jet wash it to clean it back to how it was when you put it on.

It is best to not drive the vehicle for 24hours to let it get through the first part of the curing process.

Lanoguard has been designed for yearly/seasonal applications. It is a very easy application which fits in with your car care routine – very low prep, and a 20-30 minute application.

It should be topped up at least once a year to ensure continuous protection.

The Lanoguard sprays are almost clear when being applied. This result in a clear coating which is a semi-matte wet look which enhances whatever colour is under it, being transparent allows you to clearly see that rust isn’t forming.

If applied over surface rust, Lanoguard will darken and reduce the vibrancy of the rust too.

Preparation is very minimal - all you need to do is jet wash your vehicle removing any dirt and grime. Make sure you remove any flaking or loose bits of rust, paint or underseal.

Sometimes a wire brush can be used if needed to remove flaking bits. Ensure the vehicle is dry before you apply Lanoguard – it doesn’t have to be bone dry, as Lanoguard will displace moisture to an extent, but ensure you do not apply to a dripping wet surface.
